net OpenEye is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director, Regional Account Sales to lead our team of Account Executives in the video security industryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the video security market, and a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targetsJob Summary As Director, Regional Account Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving the overall performance of the sales teamResponsibilities Hire, build and develop a team of Account Executives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to drive sales successDevelop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to meet sales objectivesManage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline managementCoordinate and lead weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvementPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and present them to senior managementProvide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, product knowledge, and market trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales ops, and customer service, to align sales initiatives with overall company objectivesQualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; or equivalent experienceSales Leadership
Experience:
Minimum 5
years leading quota carrying sales professionals , preferably at a SaaS or high growth technology companyProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performanceStrong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems (e.
